Scott Vasatka is a dedicated real estate professional who brings a lifetime of leadership, service, and compassion to every client relationship. With a 50-year background in the restaurant industry, including operations, ownership, human resources, and risk management, Scott led large-scale teams and managed 360 restaurant locations across 11 states. His transition to real estate in 2018 was a natural evolution of his passion for serving others.

A proud Army dad, Scott relocated to Tampa in 2024 to support his son as he concludes a distinguished 30-year career as a U.S. Army Sergeant Major. Scott’s deep respect for military service is reflected in his professional focus—he is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) through the National Association of Realtors and a member of REAL Broker’s Real Military Division, helping active-duty service members and veterans navigate the complexities of relocation and homeownership.
